During the Halve van Haarlem on Sunday, September 27, 2026, traffic measures will apply from 10:30 to 17:30 in the area between Kenaupark, the station, Nieuwe Gracht, and Hooimarkt.
Neighborhood accessibility
Incoming and outgoing traffic can move between the N200 and Parklaan; from Parklaan onward, the route into the city center is closed. Parklaan will be closed to all traffic on the west side, at the level of Kenaupark. As a result, Kinderhuisvest will not be accessible. Destination traffic for Kenaupark will be guided by traffic marshals on site.
Cyclists
Cyclists will be guided via an advisory cycling route to Jansweg to reach the city center. To leave the city center, staffed “bicycle locks” (crossing points) will be set up at Nassaubrug and Kruisbrug, allowing cyclists to safely cross the start area.
Phoenixstraat / Gonnetstraat
Expect extra visitors and activity in this neighborhood during the event. The participant information point will be set up in the SRO gym on Phoenixstraat, where participants can go for bib numbers, questions, and massage and shower/changing facilities.
A locker tent will be placed near Gonnetstraat 30. From Friday, September 25, a parking ban will apply to the parking bays there.
